OPUS VII Recognizes Otto Poticha
OPUS VII announces its second Recognition, Friday December 3rd. This month the recipient of the recognition will be Otto Poticha, long time Architect and an adjunct associate professor emeritus of architecture at University of Oregon.
Every month an OPUS VII recognition is given to a member of the community whose work and ideas inspire and have a transformative effect on our lives.
“Mr. Poticha’s academic and professional work demonstrate an undaunting commitment to excellence in creating beautiful buildings and environments,” shares OPUS VII Executive Director, Kaz Oveissi. “ Mr. Poticha for the past 48 years has taught and continues to teach architectural design and classes on the practice of architecture and the state of the architectural profession. He is the longest term adjunct professor in the world. His vision of the architecture and especially his strong community involvement made him a strong candidate for OPUSVII Recognition.”
EVENING’S SCHEDULE
6:00 – 6:30pm OPUS VII Recognition Ceremony for Otto Poticha
DJ KaatSkratch will fill the venue with music before and after the recognition ceremony.
The only teacher/professor around longer than Otto is Moses! Congeatulations Otto.
