OPUS Prize

The OPUS Prize is awarded annually to members of the community who have demonstrated a commitment to the greater good locally or on a broader scale.  This prize will recognize, reward, and leverage our community’s exceptional array of talents.  OPUS Prize winners will receive $5,000 cash, which will be presented at each award ceremony.

In the months leading up to the award, these exceptional individuals are nominated and acknowledged at OPUS Recognition events.  A committee then selects the individual to whom the award is presented.

The OPUS Prize not only recognizes past accomplishments but also focuses on achieving a specific future goal; recognizing that setting up prizes is a great way to spur innovation and creative thinking to issues that are important to the community.  Membership support for prize funding furthers future projects undertaken by prize winners.
